| Bio: | At the moment, I am happy - when I get mad, I write stuff like what is below. :D ---- Don't expect pandering here. Half the time I just wish people would get their own heads out of the asses and see sense. But they wont, and expecting them too is a one-way trip to unpopularity. I wish I didn't care so much about that, but the fact is, being alone really sucks, so you've got to put up with shit a lot of the time to avoid that. Call it "compromise" or "being open minded" if you want to feel better about it, but there it is. This is MY journal. It will never be friends only - even though I know people with no fucking lives of their own have used it to stalk me, compare my life to theirs (as if you can know much about me from this piece of shit) and try and bolster up their self esteem. Did it work? Who the FUCK cares? Die in a ditch. As this is my journal, expect my views. I'm not very nice, I have black and white views about a lot of things, because I like to think there is right and wrong in life. Expect secular ramblings too. I am an atheist, and whilst I can do nothing about the delusions of others and will not try to, I am throwing myself into removing relgious biases from the UK's laws and organisations. I'm joining the NSS (National Secular Society) in 2008. It became a lot easier when I realised that I don't actually give a shit about what individuals believe, but it shouldn't be drip fed to children or make the lives of others more difficult. I like to think of myself as a good friend, because, well, who doesn't? But in reality, I'm probably not, as I don't tend to "respect others' decisions" (see above). Yes, I have a track record, and no it doesn't bother me. There's an important difference between "respecting decisions" and "keeping your trap shut". I tend to do the latter, as then I can't add more self hatred to the pile. Also, if you want to be a good friend, another thing I have learned (aside from knowing when to button it) is to have a fucking awful memory. Seriously, forget everything everyone tells you. That way, if something bad happens, you won't realise you saw it coming, and you won't feel bad that you could have prevented it. In short, to be a good friend, I have learned, you need to be a total syncophant with the memory of a goldfish. No wonder I never really got the hang of it. I keep rats, six of them currently, and I give them lots of love. They're so much simpler than people, and I like them for it. Plus they're fluffy and love me no matter what I say to them. My current ratties are Naota, Dirty Frank, Vash, Moley, Auron and Marv. So that's me, and if you want to friend this journal after all that, then don't bitch. ------- Comics Megatokyo - http://www.megatokyo.com Real Life - http://www.reallifecomics.com Friendly Hostility - http://www.friendlyhostility.com Chugworth Academy - http://www.chugworth.com In my pants - http://ilpalazzo.comicgenesis.com/ Questionable Content - http://www.questionablecontent.net And as for normal comics: Ozy and Millie (http://www.ozyandmillie.org) Get Fuzzy (http://www.comics.com/comics/getfuzzy) Dilbert (http://www.dilbert.com) I could explain why, but there's no point...
